The role provides technical leadership, governs development standards, coordinates development activities, and ensures that technical deliverables are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with the overall solution architecture.Lead the technical design and delivery of integrations and custom developments across the Temenos Transact solution.\nDefine integration and development standards, design principles, delivery processes, and technical governance.\nTranslate functional and integration requirements into technical specifications and implementation designs.\nCoordinate the development of interfaces between Temenos Transact and external systems, including channels, payment platforms, reporting solutions, and enterprise applications.\nLead and coordinate the development team, allocate activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of technical components.\nReview technical designs, source code, configuration, and deployment artefacts to ensure quality and compliance with agreed standards.\nOversee the development of APIs, services, interfaces, enquiries, reports, routines, and other Temenos extensions.\nManage technical dependencies, risks, issues, defects, and required remediation activities.\nCoordinate integration, system, performance, and regression testing, including the resolution of technical defects.\nSupport environment management, release planning, deployment, cutover, and production stabilization.\nEnsure appropriate technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to support teams.\n\nSKILLS\nMust have\nExtensive experience of 10 years in Temenos Transact integration and development.Strong knowledge of Temenos technical architecture, data structures, services, and development frameworks.\nHands-on experience with:\nTAFJ and Java\nTemenos Integration Framework\nTemenos APIs and web services\nOFS and message-based integrations\nVersion routines, enquiries, reports, and local developments\nExperience designing and implementing REST, SOAP, file-based, batch, and event-driven integrations.\nStrong understanding of integration patterns, interface security, error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation.\nExperience with middleware, API management, messaging, and enterprise service integration platforms.\nKnowledge of source control, build management, automated deployment, and release management practices.\nExperience leading technical teams and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors.\nStrong troubleshooting, code review, defect analysis, and performance optimization skills.\nExperience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and production stabilization.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, technical documentation, and team leadership skills.\n\nNice to
