We are a team of architects and developers in Brno and Frankfurt, working on multiple long-term projects, including modern market making platforms for leading European financial players.\nWhat you will work on\nDeveloping large-scale, real-time trading applications, mainly in Java (with some Python and C#)\n\nDesigning architectures and implementing technical and business modules – pricing, quoting, execution, risk monitoring, hedging\n\nOwning complex application logic where correctness, latency and throughput all matter\n\nTalking directly to clients, analysing their requirements and turning them into solid solutions\n\nWorking in an international team with motivated and experienced colleagues\n\nHow we think about AI\nAI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot is already part of our day-to-day work on client systems. Soon a new “AI-first” project will start. For us, AI is a powerful tool in the hands of engineers who understand what happens underneath – not a replacement for that understanding.
