Data Analyst (Data Strategy & Governance) to work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients. You will identify, map, and document data assets, entities, attributes, and business relationships across the organization's data domains.

• Identify, map, and document data assets, entities, attributes, and business relationships across the organization's data domains and subdomains
• Analyze and document source systems, data flows, business rules, and dependencies between applications
• Collaborate closely with Data Owners and Data Stewards to gather, validate, and formalize knowledge related to data assets
• Ensure the accurate cataloging, classification, and documentation of data assets and their ownership, aligned with the organization's data governance framework
• Perform data modelling activities to support data management and governance initiatives
• Identify data quality issues, information gaps, and opportunities to improve data management processes
• Translate business and data requirements into functional specifications, governance rules, and data management standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of metadata management, data lineage, master data management, and data quality practices
• Hybrid work model

O que é pedido

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Cataloging, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management concepts
• Proven experience in cataloging, classifying, and documenting data assets
• Experience gathering and analyzing data-related requirements and converting them into functional and governance specifications
• Knowledge of data modelling techniques and best practices
• Good understanding of SQL/T-SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
