We're on a mission to make Luzia the go-to AI personal assistant for millions of users across Latin America.\n80M+ users worldwide in under 3 years\nLatAm is 60%+ of our user base\nBacked by Khosla Ventures, Prosus Ventures, A-Star, Monashees and more\nThe role\nAs part of the Product team, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, shape and execute a product roadmap that positions Luzia as the preferred AI-powered personal assistant in the world, while growing the user base and contributing to sustain the business model.\nThe role is hybrid in our São Paulo office.\nResponsibilities:\nHelp define and shape our product roadmap, understanding business and user needs and opportunities based on a combination of internal and external data.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams, prioritize work and help turn technology into innovative products that solve our user needs.\n\nUnderstand Luzia's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.\n\nDevelop and maintain robust product documentation and requirements that improve internal processes and help to provide scope for engineering development.\n\nDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.\n\nDesign and drive experiments to test hypotheses and form actionable recommendations. Present to business leaders and drive decisions.\n\nUnderstand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for stakeholders (CEO, Leadership, Marketing, etc)\n\nMaximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.\n\nIdeal Qualifications:\n4+ years of experience managing technology-powered products management ideally in a fast-paced B2C or AI startup environment (Series A to Series C).\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.\n\nAbility to engage effectively with engineers, understand technical constraints, and make design trade-offs.\n\nDeep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to leverage both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product success independently.\n\nHands-on experience with product analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, SQL).\n\nSkilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to influence.\n\nComfortable wearing multiple hats, rolling up your sleeves and prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment to get the job done.\n\nSolid attention to detail and eye for design and UX.\n\nFluent English and Portuguese.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nBackground as a developer or technical lead before moving into product management.\n\nExperience in Conversational AI, chatbots, or customer experience (CX) technologies.\n\nWorking model\nThis is a hybrid role based in our Sao Paolo office - you’ll combine working from our office and working from home\nEqual opportunity\nLuzia is an equal opportunity employer.
