You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes-tracking details, coordinating communication, and helping our Construction Managers and Directors build incredible communities across the country.\nRequirements\nJob Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Administration\nSupport Project Managers, Construction Managers and Directors in the coordination of multiple active construction projects\nAssist with tracking project schedules, budgets, and key milestones\nMaintain organized project files, logs, and documentation throughout all phases of construction\nCoordinate internal and external communications between consultants, contractors, and internal LV teams\nPrepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items to project teams\nAssist with preparation of monthly project reports and site visit documentation\nConstruction Support\nHelp track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications\nAssist with document control, including drawings, contracts, and consultant deliverables\nSupport progress tracking for architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors\nAssist with coordination of inspections, permits, and approvals as needed\nFacilitate punch-list functions, commissioning and property management integration nearing the latter stages of construction\nHelp identify potential scheduling or scope conflicts and flag issues for senior team members\nOther\nAssist with other duties and special projects as assigned\nAbility to work late or on weekends may be required\nLV Collective is an equal-opportunity employer.
