You’ll turn processes, systems, and subject-matter expertise into clear, useful, and engaging learning materials-from videos and step-by-step guides to live workshops and role-specific onboarding plans.\nYou’ll collaborate with teams across the company to understand learning needs, organize knowledge, support training rollouts, improve process documentation, and make information easy to understand and apply. You take initiative, welcome feedback, follow through, and enjoy turning ideas into practical resources that help teams succeed.\nRequirements\nJob Responsibilities\nTraining Content & Development\nCreate training materials and learning resources for LV Collective’s corporate and on-site teams, including presentations, guides, checklists, graphics, scripts, videos, and step-by-step resources.\nTranslate processes, systems, and subject-matter expertise into clear, practical learning content that is easy for team members to understand and apply.\nAssist with filming, editing, captioning, transcribing, and organizing training videos and digital learning content.\nDevelop visual and written resources that support training across leasing, operations, systems, accounting, facilities, and other areas of the business.\nEnsure training materials are accurate, engaging, consistently branded, and easy for team members to navigate.\nPartner with subject-matter experts to review and update training content as processes and business needs evolve.\nLearning Management System & Training Administration\nBuild, upload, organize, and maintain courses and resources within LV Collective’s Learning Management System.\nAssign training content, monitor course completion, and assist team members with basic LMS questions.\nKeep LMS content organized and current as processes, systems, and training needs evolve.\nAssist with testing new training content, resources, and learning experiences before broader rollout.\nMaintain organized training files, templates, attendance records, and resource libraries.\nSOP Documentation & Process Improvement\nAssist with reviewing, organizing, formatting, and updating standard operating procedures across LV Collective.\nPartner with department leaders and subject-matter experts to document workflows, processes, and best practices in a clear and consistent format.\nHelp identify outdated, incomplete, or conflicting SOPs and coordinate revisions with the appropriate team members.\nEnsure updates to SOPs are reflected in related training materials, onboarding resources, and LMS content.\nMaintain organized records and version control for approved procedures and process documentation.\nLook for opportunities to simplify documentation and make processes easier for team members to understand and follow.\nTraining Facilitation & Onboarding\nFacilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, onboarding sessions, and group learning activities.\nSupport the Manager of Training and Talent Development with the preparation and delivery of company-wide training initiatives.\nCreate engaging training experiences using discussion, demonstrations, activities, scenarios, and knowledge checks.\nDevelop role-specific onboarding materials, checklists, and learning plans to help new team members ramp up quickly and confidently.\nCoordinate training logistics, including schedules, invitations, materials, attendance, technology, and follow-up communication.\nTravel to LV Collective properties to support onboarding, system rollouts, and in-person training sessions as needed.\nCross-Functional Training & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with corporate departments and on-site teams to understand training needs and identify opportunities for additional learning support.\nHelp corporate team members organize and translate department knowledge into clear, effective training materials.\nSupport the rollout of new tools, systems, policies, and processes by creating and coordinating supporting training resources.\nGather feedback from training participants and team leaders to identify opportunities to improve learning materials and experiences.\nReview training participation, completion trends, common questions, and performance feedback to help identify potential training gaps.\nStay current on learning and development trends and look for creative ways to make training more engaging, useful, and scalable.\nOther\nAssist with other duties and special projects as assigned.\nAbility to work late or on weekends may be required.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.\n1-2 years of on-site property management experience in a management role.\nExperience with leasing, resident experience, operations, or team training in student housing or multifamily property management preferred.\nStrong writing, editing, and presentation skills.\nStrong public-speaking skills with a warm, engaging, and approachable presence.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nAbility to learn new technology platforms quickly and explain processes in a clear, approachable way.\nComfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person learning sessions.\nAbility to travel to LV Collective properties for training and onboarding as needed.\nBusiness Skills\nCan-do attitude;
