Our team is committed to operational excellence, financial accuracy, and supporting the continued growth of our business.\nWe are seeking 2-3 detail-oriented Expense Auditors to join our team and help ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee expenses and corporate card transactions.\nPosition Overview\nThe Expense Auditor will review employee expense reports, validate supporting documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires hands-on experience with Concur Expense Management and American Express corporate card programs, along with the ability to communicate professionally with employees and management at all levels.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and audit employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.\nUtilize Concur Expense Management to review, process, and reconcile expense submissions.\nReview American Express corporate card transactions and verify appropriate documentation and business purposes.\nIdentify discrepancies, duplicate charges, missing receipts, and potential policy violations.\nCommunicate with employees and managers to resolve expense questions and obtain required documentation.\nEnsure expenses are properly categorized, documented, and submitted for approval.\nMaintain accurate records and support timely expense processing.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements to expense reporting procedures.\nHandle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable holding employees accountable to expense policies while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
