In this role, you won’t just support a rapidly growing Intelligence Community customer - you’ll be part of a mission driven team pushing the boundaries of Modeling & Simulation and SETA support for critical IC programs.\nNote: An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly is required to be considered for this role,\nInterested candidates need to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment; are highly motivated and not afraid to take on uncharted territory; possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; and be able to prioritize their time to be effective in a dynamic environment.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead system level analysis and performance evaluations that directly inform strategic decisions.\nTackle complex, high stakes mission challenges across design, integration, and operational readiness.\nIdentify and assess emerging technologies that can elevate future mission capabilities.\nSupport enterprise wide verification and validation to ensure systems perform when it counts.\nReview system discrepancies and drive meaningful resolutions that improve mission assurance.\nEvaluate resources, schedules, and integration plans for major test and transition efforts.\nCapture lessons learned and best practices that strengthen the broader mission enterprise.\nSupport occasional non standard hours to meet critical timelines.\nTravel as needed to stay engaged with mission partners and stakeholders.\n Required Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Systems, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Test Engineering, Physics, or related technical field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.\nBackground in engineering analysis, mission operations, or ground system support is a big plus.\nStrong communication and customer engagement skills.\nExcellent writing and interpersonal abilities.\nExperience with M&S tools/technologies such as C++, Python, R, SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux, MATLAB, VBA, or STK (desired).\nDrive, initiative, and the ability to excel in a fast paced, mission focused environment.\n Security Requirements:\nU.S. Citizenship\nActive Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance\nActive Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope (FS) Polygraph\n Work Environment:\nOn-site work in a government or contractor facility \nOccasional travel (up to 25%) \n About LV8D Solutions\nLV8D Solutions is an elite Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) company that delivers advanced systems engineering, integration, acquisition, mission operations, network communications, and cybersecurity support to our defense and intelligence customers.
