Performs preventive maintenance. Performs minor maintenance of plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, systems, structures and other general maintenance.\nJob Duties\nTroubleshoots and repairs various issues with beds, stretchers, patient lifts, blanket warmers, sterilizers, wheelchairs, and other rolling stock. \nPerforms preventive maintenance as needed\nPerforms minor maintenance of plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, systems structures and other general maintenance.\nResponds to trouble calls, work requests and emergency situations.\nAssists department colleagues of all trades as needed\nUtilizes the CMMS work order system and documents time and work completed, all in a timely manner\nMaintains buildings through the continuous repair of windows, doors, roofs, floors, stairways, and assists with the maintenance of grounds.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma/GED with required years of experience or \nTechnical School Diploma in a specific trade such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC \n3 years experience in electro/mechanical repairs or\nLess than 1 year with Technical School Diploma \nAbility to read mechanical /electronic schematic drawings and blueprints. \nKnowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. \nMust possess a high level of mechanical aptitude with electronics circuitry, wiring diagrams, and operations of mechanical systems. \nProficiency in electro/mechanical equipment maintenance and repair. \nAbility to perform other trade skills typically associated with plumbing, electrical and mechanical operations as well as carpentry and other general maintenance. \nDL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania \nPhysical Demands\nLift over 50 lbs.
