Develops, recommends, and executes process improvement initiatives. Coordinates annual flu campaign, scheduling, payroll adjustments, attendance tracking, and training.\nJob Duties\nFills medication orders from computer generated labels.\nAssists with the daily operations of the pharmacy. Collaborates with Pharmacy Systems Technician.\nProvides oversight of API and payroll. Assists employee with follow-up on payroll when discrepancies arise.\nCoordinates special events emergency drug supply.\nCoordinates and assigns all staff with floor inspections.\nPlans the flu procurement, storage, and return process for the annual flu season.\nMaintains nursing unit, \"clinic\", and event floor stock.\nPrepares schedules for technician staff across the network.
