Office team.\n\nPrepare and maintain documentation related to change orders, procurement records, and subcontract administration.\n\nReview supplier and subcontractor invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms before payment.\n\nFollow up on manufacturing, production, shipping, and material deliveries to ensure compliance with project schedules.\n\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to support future projects.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.\n\n3–7 years of experience in Tendering, Procurement, or Technical Procurement within construction or high-end fit-out projects.\n\nStrong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and procurement processes.\n\nExperience in supplier sourcing, subcontractor management, tender evaluation, and commercial negotiations.\n\nExcellent knowledge of purchasing strategies, contract administration, and procurement planning.\n\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nExperience with AutoCAD is preferred.\n\nExcellent command of English and Arabic, both written and
