This will include strategically moving personnel throughout the picking area to ensure all areas have sufficient coverage to meet the demands of the orders\nPick and pack Orders from all different types of Pick Locations including FMR/Bulk MEP \nResponsible for the daily processing of all orders to include priority sequencing and special instructions\nMonitor efficiency and report findings to management\nResponsible to fill all picking locations on as needed basis and collaborate with the replenishment team to prioritize and fulfill missing replenishment orders\nResponsible for quality control and accuracy for all order fulfillment by ensuring all procedures are followed for line starting, picking, scanning and check weigh audit\nResponsible for maintaining required order commitments by picking all orders within the SLA\nAssist with additional responsibilities as needed.\nGeneral Guidelines for All Employees \nReport any unsafe work conditions to management\nKeep a neat, clean, and safe work area\nMay be required to be cross trained and work in other departments within the\nDistribution Center\nWork overtime on an as needed basis\nPerform additional tasks as needed\nWork in a fragrance filled environment\nAbility to work in a non-temperature regulated warehouse environment, which\nmay involve some exposure to seasonal weather changes.\nPhysical Requirements\nAble to pick/pack, unpack and lift cartons up to 30lbs as required by the role\nAbility to push and pull picking carts, pallets and material handling equipment\nContinuous standing/walking for an average of 7.5 hours/day\nContinuous bending/movement of arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5\nhours/day\n 2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment\nAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations\nGood understanding of computer systems\nGood understanding of Microsoft excel\nGood communication skills\nDeals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment\n This job description is intended to cover the core accountabilities of the position and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
