You dig into logs, find the root cause, fix what you can, and keep customers in the loop until the issue is solved.\nThis is a hands-on execution role - perfect if you love solving real infrastructure problems and want to grow with a fast-moving AI cloud.\nWhat You'll Do\nReceive and respond to customer issues with VM and GPU infrastructure, mainly via chat\n\nInvestigate problems such as a machine going down by checking logs and identifying the cause\n\nFix issues directly where you can\n\nCoordinate with our data centre partners and internal teams when needed\n\nKeep customers updated until their issue is resolved\n\nProvide technical coverage during European business hours\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in technical support, SRE or sysadmin roles\n\nStrong Linux skills: logs, SSH, basic networking\n\nUnderstanding of VMs and basic GPU setup (drivers, CUDA)\n\nStructured troubleshooting: you find root causes, not just symptoms\n\nHigh sense of urgency, don't keep customers waiting\n\nClear written English for customer chat, German is a plus\n\nReliable availability during European business hours\n\nYou prefer hands-on execution over managing others\n\nBonus Points\nExperience at a networking, hosting or cloud company\n\nHands-on exposure to GPU or HPC environments\n\nPrevious experience in fast-moving startup environments, ability to adjust quickly and
