Train and develop employees in the department as necessary.\nConduct annual performance reviews for direct reports, complete the review form and make recommendations for rate increases. Recommend wage adjustments, promotions, demotions, terminations, layoff, etc.\nMaintain oversight of all hourly personnel actions within Materials Department.\nRecommend and take corrective action in compliance with quality audits, issues, etc.\nLead Manufacturing floor in Material Visual Controls.\nLead in developing Pull System, Kan Bans, and Lean Manufacturing techniques.\nRequired Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities for Consideration as a Candidate:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field;
