logic and services using Python (mandatory).\nWork with JavaScript / Node.js for integrations and services.\nBuild or support frontend components using React or modern JS frameworks.\nDesign APIs and data flows that power automation and AI systems.\nWork with databases and cloud services to support scalable systems.\n\n Ownership and Collaboration: \nWork closely with founders and cross-functional teams.\nOwn features end-to-end: design, development, automation, deployment.\nDocument workflows and systems for long-term maintainability.\n\nRequirements: \n4+ years as a Full-Stack AI / Automation-focused Developer.\n2+ years working with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar) in production.\nStrong programming skills in Python (mandatory).\nGood command of JavaScript (automation logic, integrations, function nodes).\nHands-on experience automating e-commerce & ops workflows (orders, tickets, inventory, task flows).\nSolid understanding of APIs (REST, OAuth, webhooks, data handling).\nComfortable deploying and managing automation systems (Docker preferred).\nExposure to AI / LLM tools (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG) and applying them to real workflows.\nAbility to work across backend, automation, and some frontend as needed.\nExamples/portfolio of automation workflows (Shopify, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets, etc. )\nExperience working in startup or fast-paced environments with good documentation & async skills.\n\nNice-to-Haves: \nFamiliarity with ERPNext or warehouse/inventory automations.\nBuilt flows that scale: 1,000+ events/day, with retry logic and
