We take pride in delivering experiences that are not only creatively ambitious, but thoughtfully planned, operationally sound, and executed at a high standard.\nResponsibilities:\nSeeking an organized, proactive Associate Producer to support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap.\nWorks closely with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations, while providing key operational support to the VP of Production.\nTracks project deliverables, timelines, and action items across all phases, including pre-program, live onsite support, and post-program recap.\nMaintains production schedules, milestone trackers, run-of-show documents, and organized shared folders for clear team access.\nAssists with tracking estimates, invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor documentation to maintain budget control.\nResearches and sources vendors, assists with bids and contracts, and manages basic vendor logistics.\nCoordinates internal teams, attends client and internal meetings, and captures meeting notes and action items to ensure project progress.\nManages freelance staff lists, maintains production templates and trackers, and helps establish consistent operational processes.\nAssist with development and maintenance of production schedules, timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, and production plans.\nFlag risks, gaps, and missing information to Lead Producers to help the team address issues early and avoid downstream disruptions.\nContribute ideas in brainstorms and team discussions to build production judgment and strengthen program development over time.\nExperience:\n1-3 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, meetings & events, entertainment, hospitality, or a related field.\nStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and understand how to prioritize\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.\nProactive approach to problem solving-you see what needs to happen and take action.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nDesire to learn and grow within the industry\nWillingness to travel and work non-traditional hours when required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with project management or event production software is a plus.\nDoesn't wait for instructions; takes initiative, asks questions, and jumps into details.\nHighly curious and focused on seamlessly organizing the hundreds of small details that make live events successful.\nComfortable asking for clarification, following through on commitments, and escalating risks appropriately to avoid surprises.\nBenefits: \nGreat medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled\nMental health benefits\nFamily building benefits\nChild care and pet benefits\n401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future\nIn addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off\n18 weeks of paid parental leave.
