We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for generating and customizing reports summarizing business and financial data.\nMaintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems and other methods to capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements.\nBuild, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models based on design specifications and best practices.\nTranslate business requirements into functional model components and develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and source systems.\nDesign various financial planning and analysis (FP&A) use cases, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as develop and implement automation routines and data integrations to streamline FP&A processes.\nCreate business intelligence tools and systems, including user-friendly dashboards and reports for business users.\nPerform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and provide end-user support.\nExperience:\nPosition requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n3 years of experience in job offered, Engineering, or related occupation.\nAt least 3 years’ experience with business intelligence and process flows to design custom solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including finance, SCM, BICC, and OTBI reporting.\nAt least 3 years’ experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise performance management for modeling, building, planning, analysis, and reporting.\nExperience developing plans and project management techniques to translate unstructured business problems into defined requirements.\nExperience transforming data and automating processes using Python or a similar scripting language.\nBenefits:\nGreat medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled\nMental health benefits\nFamily building benefits\nChild care and pet benefits\n401(k) plan to help save for your future\nIn addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off\n18 weeks of paid parental leave. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
