The candidate should expect to leverage current skillsets while also focusing on learning quickly and adding value to the current processes.\nResponsibilities: \nMonth-End Excellence: Assist in executing the monthly close process and prepare reconciliations across various accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. \nProcess Optimization: Collaborate to streamline and enhance accounting operations, reducing the close cycle duration and driving efficiencies. \nDocumentation & Controls: Assist in documenting and implementing scalable accounting processes and robust internal controls aligned with best practices and compliance standards. \nBalance Sheet Insights: Conduct flux analyses for specific balance sheet accounts, identifying trends and providing meaningful insights. \nAudit & Compliance Support: Partner with internal and external auditors by preparing necessary documentation and offering ongoing support throughout the audit process. \nSOX Leadership: Contribute to ensuring compliance with SOX requirements for accounting operations, helping to strengthen the internal control environment. \nAd-Hoc Projects: Take on special projects in Accounting/Finance, working crossfunctionally to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful results and automations.\nExperience: \nLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nTechnology Skills - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - must have significant experience in Microsoft and Google applications;
