This role will assist in the processing of bi-weekly payrolls in the US and Canada, maintaining related records, and developing and documenting various Payroll policies and procedures. This role will also assist in payroll processing and related tax reporting for the Company’s quarterly equity vesting process and ESPP plan, as well as manage the Leave of Absence process for payroll. This candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This candidate must be a team player who can work independently.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for payroll processing for assigned payrolls, US and/or International \nResponsible for processing inputs from compensation and benefits, including auditing benefits, compensation, and leave of absence data for assigned payrolls\nCoordinate LOA payments and return to work dates with vendor\nCoordinate with relocation team on relocation data for employees\nAssist in the audit process of payroll taxes related to the Company’s quarterly equity vesting process, as well as its ESPP plan\nMaintain SOX compliance in areas of responsibility\nAssist in the development and documentation of various Payroll initiatives designed to streamline the process and scale with the organization\nMaintain and reconcile payroll records\nProvide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, paid leave balances and other payroll processes\nEnsure accurate and timely preparation of required tax reporting\nPartner closely with HR, Benefits, IT, Finance, and Accounting teams to develop and improve processes\nPrepare ad hoc reports as needed and perform other duties as assigned\nExperience:\nBS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent experience\n5+ years of relevant experience in payroll; experience with mobile workforce, multi-jurisdictional payroll, multiple country processing and equity vesting processes preferred\nMust be detail-oriented with excellent organization, oral and written communication skills\nAdvanced computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Word\nPrior Workday, ADP Globalview and Dayforce experience are highly desirable.\nBenefits:\nGreat medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled\nMental health benefits\nFamily building benefits\nChild care and pet benefits\n401(k) plan to help save for your future\nIn addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off\n18 weeks of paid parental leave.
