In addition, you will focus on incentivizing drivers to prefer Lyft, building differentiated pay products and features for the thing that drivers care the most about - their earnings. As an engineer on our team, you'll work hand in hand with various teams across Lyft, fostering collaboration and driving innovation to increase the adoption & usage of Lyft.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with product managers, engineers, and operators to build driver earnings related infrastructure and products.\nDesign and analyze experiments; communicate results and act on launch decisions\nWork with cross-functional partners in the Driver Experience and Marketplace so earnings related data is available and usable by the various systems that need this data.\nWork on tooling that makes it easier to make changes to driver earnings related configurations.\nExperience:\nDegree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (advanced degrees preferred), or relevant work experience\nProficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets\nExperience in programming, especially in Python and/or Golang (preferred but not required)\nStrong oral and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners\nBenefits:\nExtended health and dental coverage options, along with life insurance and disability benefits\nMental health benefits\nFamily building benefits\nChild care and pet benefits\nAccess to a Lyft funded Health Care Savings Account\nRRSP plan with company match to help save for your future\nIn addition to provincial observed holidays, salaried team members are covered under Lyft's flexible paid time off policy.
