The Project Engineer will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting engineering activities from early concept development through integration and operational evaluation.\nThis position requires an individual who can work effectively across engineering, program management, operations, government, and industry teams to address technical requirements and support project execution.\nResponsibilities\nDuties of the Project Engineer will include the following:\nQualifications\nThe Project Engineer selected should have the following:\nSupport technical planning, engineering, integration, testing, and evaluation activities.\nAssist in translating operational requirements into technical objectives and executable engineering activities.\nCoordinate with internal and external engineering teams to support system and subsystem integration.\nDevelop and review technical documentation, plans, schedules, requirements, and engineering products.\nParticipate in technical reviews, demonstrations, test events, and other program activities.\nIdentify technical risks, integration challenges, and potential solutions.\nSupport collection and analysis of technical and operational data.\nCoordinate activities across multiple technical disciplines and organizations.\nPrepare technical briefings, reports, and other program documentation.\nWork with program and safety personnel to support established readiness and safety requirements.\nPerform other technical and program support activities as required.\nSecurity Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for assigned work.\nThe Ideal Project Engineer will have the following:\nExperience supporting Department of Defense, federal government, research and development, or complex technical programs.\nExperience with prototype development, system integration, experimentation, testing, or operational evaluation.\nFamiliarity with government engineering and acquisition environments\nAbout Lynker\nLynker is a growing, employee owned business, specializing in professional, scientific and technical services.
