The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design fundamentals, creative ownership, motion design capabilities, and practical experience using AI-powered tools within modern design workflows.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop creative concepts and visual directions for product features, in-platform campaigns, seasonal promotions, and other digital initiatives;.\nDesign high-quality static and animated banners for web and mobile products;.\nCreate promotional graphics, illustrations, icons, backgrounds, and other product-related visual assets;.\nProduce polished motion-based promotional assets without relying on video production or editing workflows;.\nGenerate, refine, and adapt AI-assisted visuals while ensuring they meet brand, product, and production-quality standards;.\nUse AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, image generation, asset creation, and design iteration;.\nCollaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA throughout the product development process;.\nTranslate briefs, product requirements, and business objectives into clear and visually engaging design solutions;.\nPrepare production-ready assets optimized for different screen sizes, devices, formats, and technical requirements;.\nMaintain visual consistency across product experiences by following and contributing to brand guidelines and design systems;.\nProvide creative direction, constructive feedback, and design guidance when required;.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve visual quality, user engagement, and creative workflows;.\nStay up to date with graphic design, animation, AI technology, digital product, and industry trends.\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional Graphic Design experience;.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design work, including static and animated promotional assets;.\nExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;.\nStrong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar tools for creating animated banners and motion graphics;.\nHands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar platforms;.\nAbility to use AI tools as part of a structured creative workflow rather than only for basic image generation;.\nStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling;.\nAbility to develop creative concepts from an initial brief through final production-ready execution;.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, pixel-accurate design;.\nAbility to balance creativity with product requirements, usability, technical limitations, and business objectives;.\nStrong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills;.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced product environment;.\nAbility to receive feedback, evaluate it critically, and apply it effectively.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in the gaming or iGaming industry;.\nExperience with Figma;.\nUnderstanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design;.\nExperience working with product design systems and reusable visual libraries;.\nExperience designing assets for responsive web
