If you're a self-driven leader ready to shape the future of secure, high-assurance systems, we want to hear from you\n\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead (HW/SW) Hardware / Software Subsystem integration activities at the Holistic (MSV) Main Subsystem Vehicle or (KV) Key Vehicle level. \nCoordinate across various SW/HW teams to ensure vehicle functions are as intended.\no This includes FPGA, Flight Software, Test SW, EGSE, STE, and Simulation.\no Wherever HW touches, SW is within purview and a potential area for integration activities.\nThe expectation of this role will have authority to delegate tasks to the appropriate SEIT, Avionics, Firmware, Software, EGSE, STE, Testbed, and Test POCs.\nDrive completion of any unresolved system level HW/SW interfaces and /or changes related to ERB.\nDrive completion of subsystem level interface documents/models.\nSupport relevant interface documentation reviews which include internal, SDRL, and CDRL.\nFocus on test labs and hands on successful integration and V&V activities from a holistic perspective.\na. Hardware fidelity pedigree\nb. Sim model V&V, hardware simulation functions adequately\nc. Drive progress and solve deficiencies when found\nBasic Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in STEM discipline or related experience.\n5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on systems-level development testing and integration.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions.\nExperience with I&T integration and test.\nExperience developing and executing system-level and HIL test procedures\nStrong understanding of requirements verification and validation processes\nExperience troubleshooting integrated HW/SW systems in a lab environment\nAbility to professionally communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers\nActive Secret Clearance Required\nAbility to work onsite 100%\nAbility to Travel up to 25%\nPreferred / Additional Skills\nProficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)\nExperience leading technical projects or mentoring junior engineers.\nFamiliarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\nFamiliarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools (Cameo, AADL)\nExperience with Signal Processing Implementation\nExperience communicating and documenting complex technical designs\nAbility to work in a collaborative and team-based environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills\nSound Exciting?
