This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in project management, business analysis, data analytics, and digital collaboration tools.\nThe analyst works closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Delivery Managers, Business Interface teams, and business stakeholders to support project execution, reporting, governance, communications, and continuous improvement activities. The role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, from demand intake and planning through deployment and value realization. This role serves as a launching point into several DT paths including: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data & Analytics Specialist, Change Management Analyst, and more.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Administration (40%)\nSupport Project Managers in the planning and execution of DT projects.\nMaintain project schedule, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.\nAssist in preparation of Stage Gate deliverables and project governance materials.\nCoordinate with PM to support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and action items.\nEnsure project documentation is organized and maintained in SharePoint or other.\nSupport portfolio reporting and project governance activities.\nReporting, Analytics & Power BI (25%)\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.\nGather, validate, and analyze project and portfolio data.\nSupport KPI tracking related to project health, schedule, cost, scope, and resourcing.\nDevelop visualizations to help leadership manage project performance and delivery trends.\nAssist with data quality improvement initiatives across project systems.\nBusiness Analysis & Process Support (15%)\nAssist Business Interface in consolidating business requirements and documenting current-state processes.\nAnalyze data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.\nPrepare process flows, requirements documentation, and meeting summaries.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and documentation.\nSharePoint & Collaboration Tools (10%)\nSupport SharePoint sites used by project teams and portfolios.\nManage document libraries, permissions, lists, and project artifacts.\nCreate and maintain team collaboration spaces.\nAssist with development of knowledge repositories and project templates.\nPromote best practices for information management and collaboration.\nExecutive Communications & Presentations (10%)\nDevelop PowerPoint presentations for project reviews, steering committees, and leadership updates.\nCreate executive-ready visual summaries, dashboards, and storyboards.\nSupport preparation of portfolio reviews, quarterly updates, and business presentations.\nTransform complex project information into concise and visually compelling communications.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor'sdegree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, must have graduated in May 2026, or will graduate in December 2026.\nOverall GPA of 3.0 or greater\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nEffective at transferring technical knowledge and working in cross-functional teams.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Power BI, Power Query, or data visualization tools.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint Online.\nKnowledge of project management concepts and methodologies.
