The associate will mainly cover of Vietnam, with potentially expanded to some other region. The goal of this position is to drive profitable growth at existing Key Accounts and primarily identify new prospects.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nSales Revenue\nDevelop a high quality high-wide and deep long term relationships with individual client and new prospects\nPromote a specialised product mix of CC&S products which enables us to achieve sales revenue targets\nExecute on the Sales strategy aligned with the marketing and strategic business plans of the APAC region\nSales Margin\nDrive profitable growth and improve margins with individual customers through a specialised product mix of CC&S solutions\nIdentify the right value added opportunity and focus on closing this projects with the right product offering in order to grow profitable new business\nMarket info and sale strategy\nRegular visit and follow up with customer and especially prospects with proper pre-call planning and summaries of understanding\nOver 80% of prospecting share at customer visits (new customers or existing customers but new projects)\nIdentify Market Trends, competitor price strategies and new competitive product launching\nIdentify new profitable business opportunities and work closely with the Sales team members and Regional Business Managers to successfully close them\nGood understanding of value selling techniques, open and customer focused mindset\nReport\nCommunication excellence which involves prompt and reliable response with internal and external customers\nPrepare reports of all visits\nImplement all projects in Salesforce and work regularly on updating this projects and customers in order to drive the growth funnel\nReport back monthly highlights and other sales tools\nQuality of relationship with other sales team, production team and all other team members\nMaintain good relationship, build up an excellent network and be able to differential business and personal matter in order to stay solution oriented\nObjective resolve conflict or issue\nOpen minded and entrepreneurial attitude\nSpecial Requirements\nBachelor Degree or above (below bachelor degree, but significant experience on related industries)\nGood understanding of Flexible Film and Masterbatch/Additive Market in Vietnam.\nLocation should be in Vietnam.\nOrganizational skills - planning, organizing, execution able to coordinate activities and engage others to achieve results\nAbility to communicate professionally with people within all levels of the organization and external contacts\nJudgment and decision making skills, analysis of costs and benefits of changes and recommending the most appropriate action\nConflict resolution and negotiation;
