This position will translate strong knowledge of color theory, pigments, dyes and special effect colorants for polymers, plus fundamental polymer and processing knowledge to achieve a commercially viable custom color match meeting specific customer end use requirements of performance, appearance, and processing. Responsible for management of color recipes, color quality specifications, acts as the technical expert to manufacturing and supports quality and non-conformance investigations for application field issues.
