We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society.\nCome Join an Inclusive Team\nResponsible for the execution of CVO site maintenance utilizing resident and 3rd party contractors.\nA Day in the Life\nParticipate in daily schedule review and review next day schedule at end of each day to know what work will be executed going forward.\nEnsure daily feedback to schedule is accurate and timely.\nSupports the development of the maintenance schedule and coordinates 3rd party services and resident contractors to ensure manpower requirements are met when work commences.\nReview job packages in advance of work being scheduled utilizing the RBS process.\nAssures the permit process is efficient and effective for all contractor work.\nVisit work locations throughout the day to ensure schedule compliance, efficiency, no delays, work is progressing and no other work is being performed other than what is on schedule.\nInterface with different work groups (OPS, Crafts, Inspection, Engineering, Safety) to keep work progressing and build a positive relationship.\nAssures the Maintenance team is knowledgeable in the policies and procedures to comply with all HSE&S requirements and uses stop work authority when needed.\nVerify contractors follow CVO safety rules and procedures utilizing contractor host tools and work closely with Contractor Safety Department for continued oversight.\nPerform field audits of contractor performance, correcting deficiencies in GoalZero and work practices. Input GAPS and ISNetworld evaluations for contractor performance.\nApprove service entry sheets, Track times, and security access forms.\nMonitor job budgets to ensure work remains within budget constraints.\nDrive resolution to contractor time, material, and damage disputes.\nAssures rental items are returned in timely manner.\nManages work priorities to best fit business needs.\nManages work order and purchase order activities in SAP\nReview and learn the MOWP processes and procedures.\nParticipate and/or lead in incident investigations\nYou Bring This Value\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum of 6 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry.\nExperience in supervising maintenance crafts or coordination of maintenance contractors.\nMust be proficient in computer applications such as SAP and Microsoft’s Office Suite products.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGreater than 8 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry.\nMinimum 5 years of SIPA experience\nExperience managing program maintenance execution\nWhat We Offer\nLyondellBasell is proud to provide a competitive total compensation package designed to reward excellence and support the well-being of our employees.
