Responsibilities\nEnsure daily lab activities comply with HSE requirements.\nComplete timely testing of PPC & MBS products, including incoming in-process and final inspection.\nPreparation of Blown film samples & molding specimens as per standard.\nPerform daily verification and basic maintenance of lab equipment.\nConduct Process and Product Audits as per plan.\nMaintain housekeeping and 5S in the QA Lab, Blown Film and Sample Retention areas.\nSupport incoming raw material testing and supplier report verification.\nSupport NPD trials and maintain testing records.\nAuthority to stop production to correct quality problems & ensure conformity to product requirements.\nComply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements and complete MIS reporting.\nEducation\nBatchelors Degree\nWork Experience\n2 years laboratory testing working experience. \nWorking in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus. \nISO/IEC 17025 certified Laboratories experience is preferred.\nKnowledge of quality system is necessary, such as IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015.\n\nSkills and Language\nSkills:\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QC data-entry systems.\nFamiliarity with basic QC tools such as Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto, 5 Why, etc.\nBasic knowledge of quality data analysis and reporting.\nLanguage:\nWith common English skills in speaking
