We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society.\nBASIC FUNCTION\nEnsure daily management of materials, keep in proper way so as to provide accurate information to delegated buyer, production, warehouse operators and service providers effectively in a timely manner, ensure a smooth working in raw material warehouse. Ensuring timely inward of material and FIFO compliance in storage of material and issuing of material.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES\nTracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, issue of materials to ensure availability of materials as per the order.\nMaintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation to update daily reports.\nTo avoid production stoppages, issuance of raw materials /finished goods / packing /maintenance material to all department on timely basis.\nEnsure compliance with applicable Operational Excellence standards and health and safety regulations.\nMonitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded.\nTo fulfil requirement of internal or external customer on time, supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.\nTo be supportive with colleagues, department and management based on requirement.\nTo deliver material on time, evaluate stock transfer plan on daily basis.\nCoordinate transportation for stock transfer shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements.\nMaintain Daily stock transfer record with full of detail and keeps internal/external customers informed on the movement details.\nTo avoid increase in ageing inventory, ensure FIFO process is followed while picking the materials.\nTo ensure on time payment, process transporter bills on time and maintain the tracking.\nResponsibility of good housekeeping at warehouse & removal of unwanted materials from work place and maintain 5S.\nRecording data as per audit requirements of ISO : 9001 : 2015, IATF 16949 : 2016, EMS 14001 : 2015 and MIS reporting (daily, weekly and monthly).\nEDUCATION\nGraduate in any discipline or above from reputed college or university.\nWORK EXPERIENCE\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse and dispatch activities.\nCRITICAL COMPETENCIES/ BEHAVIOURS/ SKILLS\nSelf- motivated, having patience, good team work, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure.\nGood negotiation & communication skills.\nGood
