This role serves as the technical authority and day-to-day lead for O365 services, ensuring platform stability, security, adoption, and continuous improvement in partnership with service delivery, security, and end-user support teams.\nA Day in the Life\nPlatform Ownership & Engineering:\nBe the technical lead for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration workloads.\nDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale O365 configurations aligned with security, compliance, and governance standards.\nEvaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 capabilities in coordination with architecture and security teams.\nService Delivery & Operations:\nOwn operational stability and service performance of O365 services, including incident, problem, and change management.\nEnsure clear runbooks, escalation paths, and SLA adherence.\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term corrective actions.\nGovernance, Security & Compliance:\nEnsure services meet enterprise security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.\nPartner with identity and security teams on access controls, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.\nEstablish O365 as a predictable, well-governed enterprise platform rather than a reactive support service.\nStakeholder & Vendor Engagement:\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for O365 service reviews.\nWork with Microsoft and partners to resolve complex issues and influence roadmap direction.\nProvide functional leadership for O365 engineers and managed service partners, setting technical direction, operational expectations, and priorities.\nHold service providers accountable for service quality, root cause elimination, documentation quality, and continuous improvement\nContinuous Improvement & Adoption:\nImprove user experience, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nSupport adoption initiatives and contribute to documentation and standards.\nYou Bring This Value\nDeep hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.\nStrong expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams in a hybrid environment.\nExperience with Entra ID (Azure AD), identity integration, and security controls.\nDesigned and implemented enterprise wide data protection and governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview.\nImplemented and fine-tune DLP policies to prevent data exfiltration while minimizing business disruption.\nAdvanced PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.\nProven incident, problem, and change management experience.\nAbility to act as a technical lead and influence without direct authority.\nStrong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.\nKnowledge about Digital Signage platforms is a plus\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft 365, Azure, or Security & Compliance certifications.\nExperience in regulated or security-sensitive industries.\nPrior experience as an O365 service owner or lead engineer.\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer an environment where we encourage personal and professional growth and where you will be rewarded for your performance and results.
