Specifically, this position will be primarily responsible for the planning and material coordination of routine mechanical maintenance at CVO.\nA Day in the Life\nAccountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and promoting a safe work environment.\nProvide detailed and accurately planned job packages for the repair and improvements to the plant's equipment. Job plans must satisfy the notification scope and includes all materials, tools, services, resources, cost estimation and appropriate scheduling logic between operations/tasks.\nEnsure adherence to the Maintenance and Operations Workflow Process (MOWP).\nUtilize planner feedback and established KPIs to continuously improve job plan accuracy and methods of execution.\nManage the notification backlog by working with assigned clients in the development of timely and precise work orders.\nCreate and maintain task lists and bill of materials (BOMs) for jobs requiring them.\nUtilize the catalog system when ordering material.\nMonitor planned vs actual KPIs on a monthly basis.\nUtilize previous repair history, condition monitoring data and personnel feedback to ensure the appropriate scope of work is developed.\nParticipate in the cost estimating process for services and materials by coordinating with vendors and internal clients during the bid package development. Periodically plan for outages and work turnarounds. This includes planning, coordinating and other lead roles.\nSchedule and lead job plan discussions with all stakeholders.\nParticipate in and lead safety huddles.\nEngage in frequent development dialog with supervisor and others to continually enhance personal and group performance and development.\n· Run MOO (Material On Order) Log weekly.\n· Plan all P1’s & P2’s for assigned area.\n· Facilitate the addition of any scope changes or material needs for work orders in assigned area.\nYou Bring This Value\nHigh School diploma or GED with 5 years minimum of maintenance experience in the chemical /refining industry with 3yrs or more craft experience as a boilermaker, pipefitter or welder.\nAdvanced understanding of equipment design and application for various types of piping, and fixed equipment.\nKnowledge and experience of how to specify, troubleshoot, install and maintain plant stationary equipment.\nIn-depth knowledge in reading and interpreting equipment drawings, specifications and QA/QC requirements.\nSAP Software experience preferred.\nMust be able to read, write, and speak the English language\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all departments and levels of the organization and with external suppliers.\nAbility to work under minimal supervision, be proactive, self-motivated, demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and frequently heavy workloads which may require work in addition to normal working hours.\nMust be willing and able to provide overtime coverage and respond to plant call-outs as needed to meet site needs.\nWhat We Offer\nLyondellBasell is proud to provide a competitive total compensation package designed to reward excellence and support the well-being of our employees.
