Work with the stakeholders such as DB to make sure on time supply of raw materials, to control the inventory level & reduce aging, lean the inventory structure to optimize the working capital.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES\nMake monthly production plan according to sales forecast, stock and delivery time.\nWork with PAD and site process engineer on Shop order and recipe control\nWork with site other departments to forecast production schedule\nWork with site other departments to forecast production schedule\nResponse to FG and raw material supply crisis\nOff-Spec. and slow-moving finished goods treatment\nRegular related reporting\nCompletes other work arranged by Manager\nPERSON SPECIFICATION (1.1)\nEducation:\nBachleor Degree (Junior college or above) with logistics related field or chemical background is preferred\nWork Experience:\n3 years or above experiences of planning from global manufacturing company.\nPERSON SPECIFICATION (1.2)\nCritical
