Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this role leads and develops the production team, drives continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance, and promotes effective collaboration across the organization to achieve operational and business objectives.\nA Day in the Life\nPromote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and supporting initiatives aimed at achieving a zero-incident workplace (Goal ZERO).\nConduct regular safety inspections and audits, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective actions.\nEnsure all production employees understand and follow company safety policies and operational procedures.\nManage day-to-day production operations to ensure production targets, service levels, and on-time delivery requirements are achieved.\nOversee shop-floor activities and ensure efficient utilization of equipment, resources, and production capacity.\nReview manufacturing processes and material flows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.\nWork closely with Quality teams to ensure products consistently meet company quality standards and customer expectations.\nSupport the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, new manufacturing standards, and capital investment projects (CAPEX).\nCoordinate and manage improvement and investment projects, working closely with relevant stakeholders.\nSupport the development of the annual Production Department budget in cooperation with the Financial Controller.\nMonitor departmental spending and operational costs, ensuring effective cost control while maintaining product quality and operational reliability.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.\nDevelop, monitor, and report key production performance indicators (KPIs).\nPrepare regular production reports and present operational results to management and departmental teams.\nAnalyze performance trends and recommend actions to improve results.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.\nAnalyze production performance and identify opportunities to improve yields, resource utilization, and overall operational effectiveness.\nImplement best practices and support a culture of operational excellence across the production function.\nLead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a strong performance-oriented, collaborative, and safety-focused culture.\nManage workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development in partnership with HR.\nCoordinate and supervise daily production activities, ensuring effective task allocation, team performance, and achievement of operational objectives.\nCooperate closely with Finance, HR, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, and other departments to support operational performance and business objectives.\nRepresent the Production Department during customer audits, corporate meetings, industry events, and training activities.\nAct as a role model for Company values and promote those values through everyday leadership and decision-making.\nYou Bring This Value\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, including managing production teams and overseeing production processes.\nExperience in project management and driving operational or continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while effectively planning and prioritizing work.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple functions.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nHigh level of motivation, accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.\nCompetencies\nBuild Partnerships\nDeliver Results\nDrive Innovation\nGrow Capabilities\nPromote Inclusion\nMotivational Fit\nTechnical Skills\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer an environment where we encourage personal and professional growth and where you will be rewarded for your performance and results.
