We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society.\nBasic Function\nSupervisionar e coordenar as atividades da área de produção, assegurando o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas por meio da gestão de indicadores de desempenho, liderança de equipes e implementação de práticas organizacionais que promovam eficiência, qualidade, segurança e controle de custos operacionais.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nGestão de Indicadores: Monitorar diariamente KPIs de produção (eficiência, produtividade, qualidade, custos e segurança), consolidando relatórios mensais e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;\nGestão de Pessoas: Supervisionar líderes, operadores e auxiliares, promovendo desenvolvimento, engajamento e disciplina da equipe. Realizar treinamentos periódicos voltados para segurança, qualidade e melhoria contínua;\nPlanejamento e Organização: Distribuir e priorizar tarefas conforme programação de produção, garantindo uso adequado de recursos e cumprimento de prazos;\nGestão de Processos: Acompanhar ordens de serviço, operação de máquinas, abastecimento de matérias-primas e qualidade dos produtos, assegurando conformidade com padrões estabelecidos;\nGestão de Manutenção: Monitorar e administrar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva das linhas de produção, atuando na redução de paradas não programadas e nos custos de manutenção;\nGestão de Custos Operacionais: Controlar gastos relacionados à operação, incluindo consumo de energia, insumos e recursos produtivos, buscando eficiência e redução de desperdícios;\nGestão de Consumo de Matéria-Prima: Acompanhar e analisar o consumo de matérias-primas, identificando desvios e implementando ações para otimizar o aproveitamento e reduzir perdas;\nMelhoria Contínua: Implementar práticas de organização, limpeza e manutenção preventiva, além de fomentar iniciativas de otimização de processos produtivos;\nGestão de Conformidade: Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, assegurar cumprimento das normas de SGI e promover cultura de qualidade e segurança;\nRelacionamento Interdepartamental: Interagir com áreas correlatas (manutenção, logística, qualidade e engenharia) para garantir integração e fluidez nos processos.\nMin.
