The Treasury Analyst will execute standardized work such processing of intercompany Netting, administration of in-house bank duties, confirmation and payment processing of Treasury transactions in SAP and supporting stakeholders, serve as the first point of contact for other departments in their queries and will support other team members in their day to day responsibilities. This position will also support the bank account administration for EMEA.\nA Day in the Life\nGeneral\nReviewing, confirming and settling treasury trades in SAP.\nProcessing of Treasury related payments.\nResponsible for SAP In-House Bank activities like intercompany Netting.\nResponsible for SAP administration of Trade finance; Bank Guarantees/LC.\nResponding to queries from internal and external stakeholders like other LYB’s departments and cash management banks.\nResponsible for regulatory reporting like EMIR reporting.\nCreating Treasury reports.\nActing as back up of other team members.\nWork on ad hoc topics as requested by the line Manager.\nParticipating in Treasury projects and other system enhancements as and when required.\nMonitor the relevant Treasury Documentation (procedures and work instructions) to ensure compliance and report process changes to ensure these remain accurate.\nReply to queries from the bank or from internal LYB stakeholders.\nBanking Administration\nManage the end-to-end process of setting up the bank accounts in the ERP system for the global Treasury Operations.\nPerform account opening, closing, and maintenance documentation with the banks.\nPerform the KYC process including coordination with Legal and Tax.\nPerform the regular update of the banks with the authorized legal representatives.\nPerform periodic controls and reconciliation for bank accounts and banking platforms.\nProvide data for the internal and external audits, as needed.\nYou Bring This Value\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree required, with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field.\n1-5 years of experience in finance, accounting or treasury role in a complex organization.\nGood understanding of banking and experience with SAP Treasury module is preferred.\nAdvanced excel skills.\nLanguages: English, additional language preferred.\nWell-organised, structured working approach.\nAbility to clearly, effectively and constructively communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong focus on accuracy and detail.\nAble to work under pressure in a company with an international culture.\nInnovative and results oriented.\nCollaborate effectively and be able to work within a team but also independently.\nCompetencies\nDrive Innovation\nTechnical Skills\nGrow Capabilities\nPromote Inclusion\nMotivational Fit\nBuild Partnerships\nDeliver Results\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a one-year employment contract, an environment where we encourage personal and professional growth and where you will be rewarded for your performance and results.
