implementing, production-level RESTful APIs\n\nExperience with relational and low-latency databases\n\nExperience working with Docker and deploying applications to Kubernetes\n\nA desire to learn new technologies quickly\n\nA love of building systems from scratch\n\nA thoughtful approach to balancing quality and deadlines in fast-paced settings\n\nExcellent communication skills with a talent for building consensus and alignment\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to distill complex problems into clear priorities that move the team and business forward\n\nNice to haves:\nExperience with modern async Python web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI) and handling data streaming (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)\n\nUnderstanding of basic machine learning principles and how to support inference of ML models in production\n\nExperience defining and using Protobuf messages\n\nExperience building solutions on cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS\n\nExperience working with highly sensitive data in a healthcare
