experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments\n\nAbility to write high-quality code in Python\n\nExperience building RESTful APIs\n\nExperience defining and using Protobuf messages\n\nExperience working with Docker and deploying applications to Kubernetes\n\nExperience with relational and low-latency databases\n\nExperience working with Celery\n\nA strong desire to work on ML/AI based products\n\nA desire to learn new technologies quickly\n\nA love of building systems from scratch\n\nA thoughtful approach to balancing quality and deadlines in fast-paced settings\n\nExcellent communication skills with a talent for building consensus and alignment\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to distill complex problems into clear priorities that move the team and business forward\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) based solutions\n\nExperience setting up and maintaining vector databases\n\nExperience writing production code in Java/Kotlin\n\nExperience building solutions on cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS\n\nExperience working with highly sensitive data in a healthcare
