continually asking how our work is improving the lives of our customers (internal and external)\n\nStrong technical fluency - ability to learn Lyra’s high level systems, integrations, and key functions of the Lyra platform\n\nExcellent communication skills - adept at representing complex topics across varied audiences and technical levels to promote feedback and ideas-sharing\n\nExpert at planning, organization, multi-tasking and execution with a passion for quality and operational efficiency\n\nPractitioner of agile project management methodologies\n\nTicketing system proficiency (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.), and experience with analytics\n\nPrior startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus -
