This individual will collaborate across regions and operating companies. You will take a lead role in our financial reporting process and implement accounting best practices for our operating companies. You will build relationships with and help support finance leads across the portfolio, along with collaborating with the Regional Accounting teams and Regional CEOs.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and lead the monthly closing, reporting and consolidation process.\nSupport Operating Companies with internal accounting and finance needs.\nCoordinate and assist with audit requests and internal control and GAAP compliance for US Audit\nIdentify and address complex financial issues.\nImplement and maintain consistent accounting practices across portfolio companies.\nEnsure timely and accurate month-end accounting closes for portfolio companies.\nAssist with preparation of consolidated financial reports for the holding company.\nSupport the financial onboarding of newly acquired companies and their finance leaders.\nManage audit work for the holding company and its portfolio companies.\nAssist organization-wide initiatives such as system migrations, improving processes & controls, compliance with accounting guidelines, metrics tracking, etc.\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required\n3-5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance\nPublic accounting or corporate accounting experience required\nSolid understanding of US GAAP compliance\nProficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel\nPrevious experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Business Central preferred\nExperience working at an MSP, MSSP, SaaS, or IT Business preferred\nAbility to work with extreme autonomy and an ownership mindset\nBase salary for this role is targeted at $90,000 - $100,000 with up to 15% annual bonus potential.
