In this role, you will combine planning expertise, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to maintain healthy inventory levels, strengthen supplier performance and support a reliable supply chain.\nYour role and impact\nYou will be responsible for:\nManage inventory levels in line with inventory and safety stock policies.\n\nExecute material planning through MRP, create and manage Purchase Orders, and ensure timely delivery.\n\nMonitor supplier capacity, delivery performance, MOQ, lead time, and other supply requirements.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues, shortages, delays, returns, and claims.\n\nMaintain and review material planning parameters and master data in SAP and RELEX/M-APS.\n\nMonitor RELEX/M-APS replenishment recommendations and exceptions, and support system testing and process improvements.\n\nAnalyze sales, forecast, inventory, and supplier data to identify risks and support planning decisions.\n\nPrepare regular reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.\n\nPrepare and verify import/export and customs clearance documents and coordinate with Shipping, Freight Forwarders, and related parties.\n\nSupport projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure compliance with company processes and relevant SAP/RELEX system procedures.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director.\n\nWhat you will bring\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.\n\n5+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory, or related Supply Chain functions.\n\nExperience with SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with RELEX/M-APS or other planning systems is an advantage.\n\nExperience in Import/Export is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.\n\nGood interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.\n\nGood command of written and spoken English and able to communicate with regional/Group teams and suppliers.\n\nAble to learn new systems quickly, work under pressure, and adapt to changes.\n\nWhy join Lyreco?\nAt Lyreco, you will be part of a collaborative, people-first environment where your contribution matters.
