team.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with credit control experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working as part of a busy, supportive team.\nYou’ll take responsibility for an assigned customer account base, working with customers and internal teams to resolve queries, collect overdue balances and help minimise bad debt.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManaging an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and proactively collecting overdue balances.\nMaking outbound contact with customers and working towards agreed targets and KPIs.\nBuilding positive relationships with customers and understanding any issues preventing payment.\nWorking with internal teams to help resolve service or account queries quickly and effectively.\nMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activity.\nWorking closely with the Sales team to support effective account management.\nHelping to minimise bad debt and improve collection performance.\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\nYou’ll ideally have:\nPrevious credit control experience.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood negotiation skills and the confidence to have effective conversations with customers.\nStrong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nGood analytical and numerical skills.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel and Word.\nA positive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to work as part of a team.\nThe ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.\nA CICM qualification in Credit Management would be advantageous but is not essential.\nInterested?\nIf you’re looking for
