Your mission will be to play a pivotal role in developing our sales employees by organizing and conducting sales training sessions aligned with Lyreco Group’s Best Practices, as well as providing coaching for field sales and inside sales.\nWhat You Will Do\nCollaborate with the Learning and Development and Sales teams to design, create, and implement the Sales Training program for Lyreco Thailand.\nOwn and continuously improve the Sales Induction programme for Field Sales and Inside Sales employees.\nDeliver engaging classroom, virtual and on-the-job sales training.\nCustomize global sales training resources to suit the local context.\nConduct field visits, joint customer visits and call observations to provide practical coaching and feedback.\nPartner with Sales Managers to identify capability gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.\nCreate practical learning resources, including role plays, simulations, videos and e-learning content.\nAssess sales knowledge and job readiness through tests, observations and certification.\nMeasure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance results.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\nExperience in B2B sales, sales training, sales enablement or a related area.\nStrong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills.\nAbility to translate business needs into practical learning experiences.\nStrong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.\nGood command of Thai and English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and some sales software \nWillingness to travel regularly for field coaching and training.\n\nThe Person We Are Looking For\nYou are energetic, credible and comfortable working with salespeople both in the classroom and in the field.
