This is a pure Machine Learning role : candidates will be evaluated on core ML engineering competenciesmodel development, data pipelines, and MLOpsrather than on Generative AI experience.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\n1. Model Development & Deployment : \n\n- Design, train, and optimize ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow for production-grade applications.\n\n- Build scalable data pipelines for feature engineering and model training using Pandas, Dask, or equivalent frameworks.\n\n- Implement model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance monitoring.\n\n2. MLOps : \n\n- Develop and maintain ML workflows using Airflow, Kedro, and MLflow for reproducibility and traceability.\n\n- Automate model deployment and lifecycle management across environments (dev, staging, production).\n\n3. Data Engineering & Processing : \n\n- Handle large-scale datasets efficiently using distributed computing frameworks (Dask, Spark).\n\n- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.\n\n- Work on and deploy pipelines to Snowflake / Databricks.\n\n4. Monitoring & Observability : \n\n- Implement model drift detection, performance tracking, and automated retraining strategies.\n\n- Use experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases) for transparency and reproducibility.\n\n5.
