You will own scheduling, drivers, and middleware in a hard real-time environment.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, implement, and optimize real-time firmware on an RTOS\nDevelop task scheduling, IPC, synchronization, and deterministic real-time behavior\nImplement device drivers and middleware within the RTOS environment\nTune for latency, jitter, and CPU/memory footprint\nPort and configure the RTOS for new SoCs and boards\nDebug real-time and concurrency issues (race conditions, priority inversion)\nCollaborate with platform, DSP, and application teams\nRequired Qualifications\nBS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science\n5+ years embedded firmware development in C on RTOS-based systems\nDeep understanding of real-time scheduling, concurrency, and synchronization \nExperience with at least one RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, or QNX) and Linux kernel driver development\nStrong debugging skills with JTAG/SWD, trace, and lab instruments\nUnderstanding of microcontroller/SoC architecture (memory, interrupts, DMA)\nPreferred Qualifications\nARM Cortex-M/R experience\nLow-latency, high-rate sensor data pipelines\nSafety-critical or functional-safety (ISO 26262) firmware experience\nMulti-core AMP/SMP RTOS configurations\nRobotics or autonomous systems background\nBenefits (subject to location and
