For more information, visit www.lyte.ai\nIf you’re excited about building impactful technology in a dynamic, hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking an execution-focused, Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional engagement with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) partners. This role serves as the primary interface between Lyte's engineering teams and OSAT operations to ensure program execution, capacity readiness, issue resolution, and delivery against product milestones. The TPM will drive alignment across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and OSAT stakeholders while proactively identifying resource constraints, execution risks, and support needs. This is a program management and partner coordination role, with the majority of work performed through remote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Occasional travel to OSAT partner sites may be required for program reviews, critical issue resolution, or key project milestones.\nWhat you'll do\nAct as the program lead to monitor and drive execution of device and module package assembly and test activities.\nCoordinate across internal teams (Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, NPI, and Manufacturing) and OSAT teams to deliver program milestones.\nIdentify resource gaps (equipment, engineering support, staffing, materials, qualification capacity, test readiness) and proactively request additional support/resource to meet business objectives - timeline and quality.\nEstablish clear escalation paths and secure management alignment when schedule, quality, or capacity risks are identified.\nLead program reviews and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.\nTrack manufacturing KPIs including cycle time, yield, throughput, line utilization, and on-time delivery.\nDrive issue resolution for technical and operational blockers, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nSupport new product introduction (NPI), qualification builds, ramp readiness, and sustaining production.\nEnsure OSAT execution aligns with product roadmap, customer commitments, and operational targets.\nBuild strong working relationships with OSAT management and influence prioritization of shared resources.\nUnderstand technical aspects for each project and smooth communication with internal owners.\nAssess program requirements and forecast resource demand across engineering, manufacturing, and test operations.\nDevelop business cases and justification for requesting incremental OSAT support.\nNegotiate execution priorities and secure staffing commitments during critical development and production phases.\nCoordinate rapid response teams for yield excursions, qualification delays, and production disruptions.\nTravel occasionally to OSAT partner sites, as needed, for business meetings, milestone reviews, or issue resolution.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.\nGreat verbal and written English communication skills - clear, efficient, precise\n1+ years of experience in industry including semiconductor manufacturing, OSAT management, technical program management, or operations.\nUnderstanding or capable of fast learning of semiconductor assembly, packaging, test flow, qualification, and manufacturing execution.\nDemonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution without direct authority.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.\nExperience with schedule management, risk tracking, and issue escalation frameworks.\nUnderstanding engineering data statistics.\nSome data analysis skills at least using excel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigher degree with more experience is highly desired.\nPrevious experience of similar work is highly appreciated.\nExperience with device packaging and micro-mechanical system assembly.\nFamiliarity with yield analysis, SPC, DOE, and manufacturing quality systems.\nPCBA or SMT line understanding or experience.\nExperience of optical device or system assembly.\nPMP or
