The Director will support and drive the definition, design, and support of cloud services that enable millions of devices and applications to operate seamlessly and reliably.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTeam Leadership & Strategic Direction\nLead, mentor, and develop four specialized teams: DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, and DBOps, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport with Defining and execute the strategic roadmap for cloud services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.\nCollaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.\nTechnical Functions\nSupport CI/CD platform maintenance and support, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient software delivery pipelines.\nSupport release engineering and deployment automation, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps practices to enhance agility and compliance.\nDirect the maintenance and implementation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across public, private, and edge cloud environments.\nSupport network engineering efforts, including design, optimization, and least-cost routing for global connectivity.\nManage cloud migration projects and FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend and resource utilization.\nEnsure the reliability, performance, and scalability of all cloud services through proactive reliability engineering.\nSupport observability and monitoring initiatives, providing actionable insights and ensuring rapid detection and resolution of issues.\nSupport incident response and management, including business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) planning and execution.\nDirect database maintenance and implementation and optimization, supporting both transactional and analytical workloads at scale.\nOperational Excellence\nDevelop and track metrics for operational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, supporting continuous improvement and investment decisions.\nPartner with security teams to implement comprehensive risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response programs.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure, operations, and automation leadership roles.\nExperience managing DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, and DBOps teams.\nTechnical expertise in cloud migrations, networking, security, IaC, automated deployments, and big data platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver enterprise technology solutions in collaboration with software engineering and business teams.\nYou’re driven to succeed and so are we.
