Most companies’ AI projects never move past the pilot stage; Lyzr provides the platform that takes them into dependable, day-to-day use. Today, 500+ enterprises build on Lyzr, more than 1,000 agents run live in production, and 85% of Lyzr projects reach production against an industry average of roughly 30%. Customers include Accenture, WTW, Hitachi, and Verifone, and the company recently raised $100M at a $500M valuation.\nAbout the role\nAs Associate Project Manager on Lyzr's Platform team, you will make sure platform work ships on time and everyone knows where it stands. You'll plan sprints, track delivery, clear blockers and keep engineering, Applied AI and leadership aligned.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who likes structure, follows through and is comfortable in a fast-moving AI company.\nWhat you'll do\nPlan and run sprints for the Platform team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives\n\nTurn platform priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners and timelines\n\nTrack delivery in Jira, keep boards and dashboards current, and report progress every week\n\nSpot risks, dependencies and blockers early, and drive them to resolution with engineering and DevOps\n\nCoordinate with the Applied AI team and client-facing project managers so platform work lines up with customer commitments\n\nKeep senior stakeholders updated on status, risks and decisions\n\nDocument processes, release notes and decisions so the team works from one source of truth\n\nUse AI tools to automate status reporting and routine project tasks\n\nWhat we're looking for\n2-3 years of project management or delivery experience in a software, SaaS or AI company\n\nHands-on Agile and Scrum experience running sprints for engineering teams\n\nStrong Jira skills: boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting\n\nWorking understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and how platform and DevOps teams work\n\nClear written and verbal communication, with experience managing several stakeholders\n\nEveryday fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar\n\nStrong ownership: you follow through on what you commit to\n\nGood to have\nExperience at an AI implementation or AI platform company\n\nA project management certification such as CSM, PSM or PMP\n\nExposure to CI/CD, release management or infrastructure
