Lyzr’s largest enterprise deals are won on business cases, not feature lists. As a Bid Manager, you will partner with ourSales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders.- building the value case, quantifying business impact, and working directly with CFOs, COOs

What will make you win this role
8+ years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Pursuit Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing complex enterprise RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
Experience with US and EMEA based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.
Strong Bid/No-Bid decision-making and opportunity qualification experience.
Excellent bid and proposal writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, customer-centric content.
Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority bids simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
Experience in AI, SI/GSI, Cloud, Enterprise Technology,
Experience managing bids for Fortune 500 / enterprise customers.
Experience with US-based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.
Experience supporting large strategic deals and complex sales pursuits.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or agentic AI.
Experience working in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
Familiarity with proposal management platforms, CRM systems, knowledge repositories, and AI-powered proposal too
