As a Bid Manager, you will partner with ourSales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders.- building the value case, quantifying business impact, and working directly with CFOs, COOs\nTeam: Sales\n\nLevel: Senior\n\nWhat will make you win this role\n8+ years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Pursuit Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar role.\n\nProven experience managing complex enterprise RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.\n\nExperience with US and EMEA based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.\n\nStrong Bid/No-Bid decision-making and opportunity qualification experience.\n\nExcellent bid and proposal writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, customer-centric content.\n\nStrong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority bids simultaneously.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in AI, SI/GSI, Cloud, Enterprise Technology,\n\nExperience managing bids for Fortune 500 / enterprise customers.\n\nExperience with US-based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.\n\nExperience supporting large strategic deals and complex sales pursuits.\n\nFamiliarity with AI/GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or agentic AI.\n\nExperience working in a high-growth technology or startup environment.\n\nFamiliarity with proposal management platforms, CRM systems, knowledge repositories, and AI-powered proposal too\n\nLife at Lyzr\nBenefits.
