You walk into a room, learn three people's names, introduce two of them, and somehow end up with a new partnership.\nYou're also extremely organized. Your spreadsheets have color codes, nothing gets dropped, and your follow-ups go out the next morning.\nWhat you'll actually be doing\nCommunity and partnerships\nBuild a community around Lyzr events, so the same great people keep coming back and bringing friends.\n\nSpot partnership opportunities and start conversations with co-hosts, venues, startups, VCs, and other communities.\n\nTurn one-off connections into lasting relationships.\n\nGuest list and ICP curation\nPlan and curate guest lists around our ideal customer profile, making sure the right titles, companies, and industries are in the room.\n\nResearch and build target lists for every event.\n\nKeep each room balanced between prospects, customers, partners, and speakers.\n\nInvites and outreach\nPlan and run pre-event outreach, including invites, reminders, and personal nudges that get people to show up.\n\nWork with our India team to scale outreach, share lists, and keep everything moving across time zones.\n\nSend post-event outreach so every guest feels remembered, not just added to a mailing list.\n\nHosting (the fun part)\nHost our events by greeting guests, making introductions, and keeping the room's energy up.\n\nBuild one-on-one connections with attendees before, during, and after each event.\n\nMake sure no one is left standing alone by the bar.\n\nLuma and logistics\nSet up and launch Luma pages and landing pages for every event.\n\nManage RSVPs, approvals, waitlists, and reminders.\n\nHelp plan events from start to finish alongside our event producer.\n\nTracking and data\nTrack everything, including invites, RSVPs, attendance, conversations, and notes.\n\nManage and clean up event data after each event, then hand it off with full context so follow-up\n\nYou're our person if you\nAre a natural host who's warm, confident, and unbothered talking to a CIO.\n\nLove meeting people and remember things about them.\n\nEnjoy building communities and relationships.\n\nAre extremely organized and actually enjoy tracking things.\n\nWrite outreach messages that people reply to.\n\nCan work smoothly with a team in another time zone.\n\nAre comfortable with Luma, Google Sheets, Notion, and HubSpot, or learn tools quickly.\n\nCatch details like a misspelled name on a badge or a missing RSVP.\n\nGet things done without needing reminders.\n\nExtra credit\nYou've built or run a community, club, or event series.\n\nYou have community building, sales, or partnerships experience.\n\nYou've used a CRM.\n\nYou already know people in the NYC tech or startup scene.\n\nThe deets\nHours: 20/week, including evening events\n\nLocation: NYC and Jersey City events in person, everything else remote\n\nHow to apply\nEmail  with the subject line \"Community & Partnerships Associate -
